Nate comes from two generations of real estate investment and property management expertise, and he’s been in the industry himself for almost a decade. After buying and managing his first 5-family property 7 years ago, Nate found that there were a lot of problems with the “big” property management firms in Boston. And so, he decided to expand into a property management company centered on customer service and doing much more than just “maintaining the property.” Nate is a certified realtor and holds a certification that 90% of other “property managers” in Boston don’t: Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) Certified Property Manager.
Luke Merchant – Founder & Head of Brokerage

Coming from a background in real estate brokerage, Luke teamed up with Nate to change the status quo of property management by creating Mergo. Thanks to his background in real estate brokerage, Luke has a keen understanding of the Boston area market and thus can advise you on your rental prices, find and screen potential tenants, and even help you buy or sell properties if you need to.

Pat – Customer Service Operations Manager
Coming from an extensive background in customer service (in other words, you know she’ll treat your tenants well!), Pat is here full-time to handle all tenant communication, maintenance facilitation, and scheduling.
Claudia is MerGo’s full-time cleaner, specializing in detailed work and going above and beyond to make sure each apartment is clean and ready for the next tenant. She also works to maintain all common areas at the properties we manage. Her team is very consistent in its performance, which is something the MerGo Group and its clients value highly.
Marcio – Head of Maintenance
Marcio, MerGo’s Head of Maintenance, handles an entire crew of construction workers, electricians, plumbers, and carpenters ready to help your tenants and improve your properties as needed. There is no job, regardless of size, that Marcio and his team can’t handle!
Lorean – Bookkeeper
Lorean has extensive expertise in property management software and bookkeeping, and therefore handles all bank reconciliations, rental income, and accounts payable and receivables.
