Super cute place and just a few minutes walk to the beach
Super cute place and just a few minutes walk to the beach. My only complaint, just as others had mentioned is that it can be noisy with the upstairs guests. Not the hosts fault, I’ll blame that on the construction 😅 Would definitely stay again!
This place was beautiful, just like the description said
This place was beautiful, just like the description said. Beach was a short walk. The unit was well equipped with supplies. We would definitely stay here again.
Location- location- location
Location- location- location! Easy walk to the beach – very clean – air conditioning worked great- we had enough towels. The kitchen looked well equipped- we didn’t prepare any meals there. Was spacious enough for the 2 of us. Loved the little patio – we enjoying having coffee outside. Had a couple questions about parking and received a response very quickly. No complaints and many compliments 😊
Excellent stay
Excellent stay! The place was lovely, clean, and spacious, with everything we needed. Most importantly, it was a very quick walk to the beach, which meant that we could easily pop back to the apartment to use the restroom or grab snacks (an essential when traveling with children!). Everything was as described, check-in was easy, and host was very responsive – Lucas even allowed us to park our car earlier in the day so we could enjoy some beach time before our unit was ready. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location convenient to beach access and quick easy uber to the restaurants
Great location convenient to beach access and quick easy uber to the restaurants. Only negative is the family on the second floor has a young child that starts stomping early in the morning.
I don’t think this would affect returning, overall great experience
We really enjoyed our stay
We really enjoyed our stay! The suite was very clean and just as described. Great location, short walk to Long Beach. Everything we wanted to do was less than 10 min away.
If you are a light sleeper take note you can hear noise from the rental upstairs. The first night I reached out to Lucas and he made the renters upstairs aware which I believe was helpful for the next night - it was still noisy, but not as bad.
We are looking forward to coming back to this spot.

Suite was very clean, up to date and kitchen had a lot to use. Location could not be any better being less then a minutes walk to Long Beach and less then a 3 minute drive to Good Harbor. Host was very helpful with instructions and we were even able to check in early. Highly recommend

Can’t beat the location
Can’t beat the location! Everything you’d need is available, and the bed was great with a view of the beach from our window!
We had a wonderful stay
We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, and the host was friendly and responsive. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.
Stayed here for work reasons
Stayed here for work reasons, appreciated how well lit the back of building was when leaving/arriving home when dark outside. Very close to ocean, husband was able to take quick walk during his breaks. Lucas was able to accommodate my early arrival, and minor issue with bedroom blind not closing (room faced street so would have been uncomfortable for me to sleep "exposed' ) was resolved timely. Lucas always communicated with me regarding any of my questions timely. there is a sandwhich and icecream shop a walkable distance (closed for winter) and a Shaw's grocery store quick 5min drive. Definately would recommend this place any time of year.

Our stay at Long Beach Suites was very nice!
Positive:
Great location, with a short walking distance to a very nice beach. Nice modern apartment with many amenities, and a small patio with seating.
I have stayed here numerous times and love it
I have stayed here numerous times and love it. The only issue is when you are downstairs and if there are little kids upstairs, parents seem to not care that there are people below and they let them run. Other than that the place is nice

Positive:
The location of this suite was fantastic and exceeded my expectations! It was walking distance to the beach and it was a nice quiet location. The facilities seemed brand new, very clean and comfortable. There was a full kitchen and washer and dryer. I loved it and can’t wait to come back.
Negative:

Was a wonderful stay with Lucas as the host. They even allowed us to have a late checkout since my fiancé is early and her pregnancy and doesn’t feel good in the mornings which helped tremendously would definitely recommend this stay and definitely would book again.

Supplied. Location was fine.
Negative:
Did not receive our check in email or text which caused a problem when we arrived. Would prefer having staff on the property to answer questions.
Great location and short walk to beautiful beach
Positive:
Was unaware that breakfast was available and received no breakfast
Negative:
Soap was watered down and was not effective for washing hands and body wash was empty. No wine glasses and some drinking glasses were chipped. Would like to have had access to beach chairs and umbrella to take to the beach. I called to inquire about getting chairs and umbrella and was told staff would check but heard nothing back. Bedroom size small and no area to put luggage
It was a quick put our heads on the pillow after a long day at sea and dinner after. Unit was spotless and easy to find.
Positive:
Clean, close to the beach.
Negative:
No regular TV

The space was clean and modern. Very easy entry with keypad, not needing to keep track of keys all weekend was a plus. The place had pretty much everything we needed, plenty of dishes and towels plus an iron/ironing board and blow dryer. The shower didn’t get hot, but it wasn’t cold either so it was manageable (it’s possible it’s because we stayed there in the off season.)
The location is gorgeous. Would be a nice place to stay in the summer season to really take advantage of the beach but even in November it was scenic and comfortable.
The host was helpful and responsive. Overall it was a great experience and we would definitely stay here again!

Pleasant clean space in lovely area. Feels more like a hotel suite than a private family’s beloved space. We were very aware of guests in adjoining units. Limited guidance on matters such as how to control heat, handling of trash and recycling, etc. Household and kitchen supplies are sparse. Come prepared. To be fair our stay was at the end of the season.
Overall good stay.

We had a wonderful stay here! Lucas was very accommodating and a great communicator. The unit was so clean and comfortable, and the proximity to the beach was awesome…less than a block away to beautiful Long Beach! It was in a quiet neighborhood, also within walking distance to a delicious ice cream shop. If we revisit the area we would stay here again without a doubt!
We will be going back to the Long Beach Suites.

Fantastic location. There are multiple beautiful beaches within walking distance as well as many more a few minutes drive away. Downtown Gloucester is only a 5 minute drive as well. The place is private and peaceful. I spent 3 months there while starting a job and looking for a place and I felt at home and comfortable the whole time.

What a fabulous place! Less than a 2 minute walk to Long Beach, one of the nicest beaches in Gloucester, and the apartment was pristine! Newly constructed, clean and spacious! Parking was great as well. If this place is available, book it soon! All the locals were so happy to see Long Beach Suites finally open that they all kept asking us how it was! Great job turning a ratty spot into a lovely new addition to the are! We will be back for sure!

Great 5 day stay. I had to work remote for the first 2 days. Day 1 wifi was great day 2 it was wonky for a few hours. Spoke to Lucas and he mentioned he will see what can be done. Luckily it got back up and rolling again for the others half for my work day. Really wish I didn’t need to work because my husband, little son and dog had a blast!! Location great, food please great, I also cooked a few times so the kitchen was a blessing! Nothing negative to mention. Looks better in person! Beach just down the block. What more can you ask for!

I loved this condo. Everything was brand new and so clean. Spacious, bright and not cluttered. The location was great, just a short short walk to the beach. Easy parking and a nice patio area were added bonuses. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone and I’d love to go back.

Really lovely Suites, everything you need for a comfortable stay is available in the suite, and Long Beach is just a minute or two walk away. The property has very clean and beautiful grounds, and is dog friendly. We loved our stay and hope to return.
