Perfect place for a weekend getaway near the beach and…

Perfect place for a weekend getaway near the beach and Downtown. Lucas was responsive when we found a dirty oven. Cleaner came next morning and did a perfect job. Only big issue is we didn’t have internet for the first day and no TV the entire stay. However we asked for compensation and was given what we asked promptly. We would highly recommend staying here and would come again.

Lucas was very responsive and easy to work with, great host! Note: when we got into the unit one of the beds was unmade (so we were unsure if the unit was cleaned). WITH THAT SAID, Lucas let us get into the unit 2 hours early, so the management team probably didn’t have time to clean unit.

Wonderful place to spend a week with the family

Positive: We loved staying here for a week in August. The location is wonderful, with a view of Long Beach from the patio. This accommodation is also a 9 minute walk to Good Harbour Beach and we went back and forth during our stay. The beds were comfortable, parking was easy, and the kitchen was nice to cook in. Don’t miss out on the easy walk to Surfside Subs for pizza, lobster rolls and ice cream. We loved the vibe of this family friendly neighbourhood and enjoyed our evening walks. We also took advantage of the public access tennis, pickle ball and basketball court which can be accessed through fire break #1 along the beach walk. We used this as a home base and enjoyed day trips to Rockport, Salem, and downtown Gloucester. Don’t sleep on the opportunity to jump onboard a Cape Ann Whale Watch tour. Will definitely return again next year! Negative: We would have appreciated if they could add a hose for washing off sand from the beach since Long Beach doesn’t have an outdoor shower at this end. We did our best to clean off sand before entering the accommodations.

Long Beach Suites is just steps away from Long Beach in Rockport and only ten minutes to Good Harbor.

You will be staying one of four similar apartments, photos may not be of exact unit.

Notes

We are delighted to host you for your upcoming stay! We have expertly prepared and furnished each guest suite with lots of love and attention.

While you are staying with us:
-No parties.
-Please be mindful of our neighbors by keeping noise to a normal level, reducing noise after 8:30pm, and not lingering in front of the entrance.
-We ask that guests be off any exterior spaces by 10PM on the weekdays and 11PM on the weekends. This is not a curfew so you can come and go as you please past these times but you cannot hang out on exterior spaces past the posted times.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited both inside and outside within 50ft or near a window.
-No pets, even for a short visit.
-No refunds to be given for shortened stays and for any cable, internet, WI-FI, heating, cooling, or power outages or other acts of nature.

No sweat on accidental & reported damage! Your rental includes an accidental reported damage waiver fee up to a maximum of $800. The cost to repair any accidental and reported damage to the rented property including any missing or broken items up to a maximum of $800 will be covered at no charge to you as long the damage is reported to your Host before you depart.

Recently built, Long Beach Suites, is ready to welcome you this summer. With some views from decks of Long Beach, come stay in one of our two bedroom apartment suites. Expertly being built with summer visitors in mind.

Each two bedroom suites sleep six guests each, each bedroom has a king size bed and there's a pull out queen sofa in the living room.

Full bathroom with tub/shower combo.

Full kitchen with kitchen island, induction flat top, and dishwasher. The kitchen is stocked with all the cooking/serving necessities including: cookware, pots, pans, plates, cups, and silverware. Four to six guests can eat at the dining table, four can eat at the kitchen counter.

Depending on your suite you will have a private deck or patio for you to enjoy.

Other things to get excited about:
-The two bedrooms and main living room each have TVs with streaming capabilities ONLY and no cable.
-Vinyl floors throughout
-In suite washer/dryer
-Parking for up to two cars.
-Brand new top of the line energy efficient split heat/ac
-For protection, there are cameras throughout the common areas. Such security cameras are capable of recording video and audio and may have such features activated during your stay. Occupants shall not remove, alter, or otherwise utilize the cameras.
