His wide variety of skill sets—including rentals, sales, property management, vacation rentals, investment, and lending—equip him to handle any residential real estate transaction.
Lucas began his real estate career in the rental niche, handling over 400 rental transactions in the Greater Boston Area. He then moved on to Berkshire Hathaway, where he now closes over $15 million per year in sales and ranks in the top 2% of Berkshire Hathaway Agents in the U.S. – making him a part of the Chairman’s Circle.
