Great place for the family time
Great place for the family time! Quiet and peaceful, under 10 minutes drive to Butternut Ski, Main Street with lots of cafes, markets and coffee shops.
The host is friendly and provided clear instructions! Highly recommend this place!

We had a great stay this weekend
We had a great stay this weekend. Lucas was very responsive in helping coordinate plowing and ice when there was snow all weekend. House was very clean and comfortable and great selection games and small toys for kids. Perfect set up for a family ski weekend. Close to Catamount, closer to Butternut.
The house was a wonderful mixture of modern amenities and traditional trimmings
The house was a wonderful mixture of modern amenities and traditional trimmings. The parlor was large and a wonderful place for the family to read or play board games. Bedrooms were spacious and clean. The location was great for going into downtown Great Barrington or for going to Butternut to ski. Family had a wonderful vacation.

We spent four nights at Lucas’ house and loved it
We spent four nights at Lucas' house and loved it! The house is beautiful, quiet, and spacious, historic and seems slightly haunted in the right way. It is conveniently located only short drives away from hiking, restaurants, and groceries. Check in was easy and straightforward. Great host, great house, would stay again!

Had a lovely stay here. Absolutely beautiful old home that was cozy and well appointed. Peaceful bucolic surroundings added to the charm and coziness all weekend. Well stocked kitchen, very comfortable bedrooms, all that you could ask for in a long Berkshires weekend. Lucas was also a friendly and responsive host throughout.
