While you are staying with us:
-No parties.
-Please be mindful of our neighbors by keeping noise to a normal level, reducing noise after 10:00pm, and not lingering in front of the entrance.
-No pets are allowed at the house, even for a short visit
-Smoking is strictly prohibited both inside and outside within 50ft or near a window.
-No refunds to be given for shortened stays and for any cable, internet, WI-FI, heating, cooling, or power outages or other acts of nature.

No sweat on accidental & reported damage! Your rental includes an accidental reported damage waiver fee up to a maximum of $800. The cost to repair any accidental and reported damage to the rented property including any missing or broken items up to a maximum of $800 will be covered at no charge to you as long the damage is reported to your Host before you depart.

While staying at the house, you can experience life in the quiet neighborhood of Amesbury. There are numerous shops, restaurants, and bars at a nearby distance so you can devour the cultural tastes of the island.

The perfect three-bedroom lakefront cottage with all amenities and luxuries is ideal to host eight guests. Wake up to the sound of seagulls and birds chirping, cherish the tranquil moments and relax with the soothing water splashes.

Upon entering the cozy cottage, a fully functional chef’s kitchen welcomes you to cook delicious meals for the family and enjoy endless meaningful discussions over the dining table for all eight of your guests. The brightly lit kitchen offers all the luxuries including original metal cabinets, breakfast bar for two, cookware, silverware, a gas stove and all the essentials to make your stay comfortable.

The hardwood flooring of the living room, a cozy couch by a wood burning fireplace, casement windows, and a full-length glass door offers beautiful lakefront views of the sandy beach.

Sip your morning coffee on the outdoor decks and witness the amazing sunsets with loved ones and family. The outdoor fire pit is the game changer; soak in the sunlight or go swimming or fishing, the cottage encourages you to experience the adventures of your lifetime. There is also plenty of seating outside and a gas grill.

Retreat to the comfortable sanctuary of cozy beds with an ample amount of aesthetically approved furniture perfect for your deep slumbers. Each bedroom welcomes the sunlight and offers countless mesmerizing lake views/ sunsets from the traditionally styled windows.

BR2: second floor, king size bed
BR3: second floor, one king size bed and 2 twins
Two sleeper sofas in the family room that pull out to be full size beds.

The full bathroom bears all the functionalities and offers a vanity, toilet, and a hot water shower to freshen you up. The half bathroom has a toilet and vanity to keep you tidy and organized for quick touch-ups. Both bathrooms are on the first floor.

Enjoy through the day and come back to the house for entertainment. The TV sits in the family living room so you can crash on the sofas, watch Netflix and chill.
