The studio is located in a beautifully restored 1880s brownstone with nine individually designed serviced apartments. The building retains its classic Back Bay character while offering the modern amenities needed for a comfortable short or extended stay.

Guests enter through a secure lockbox system, and each apartment has its own electronic keypad lock. A shared laundry room with a washer and dryer is available on the third floor.

Please note that this historic building does not have an elevator; this room is on the 3rd floor. There are 7 exterior steps to the main entrance, followed by 37 interior stairs to reach the apartment. Guests should be comfortable carrying their luggage up the stairs.
