Lucas provides a clean and modern home located in a beautiful area. We visited in the summer time and were very grateful for the central a/c. The bedrooms were all nicely furnished and comfortable, and the kitchen, appliances, and outdoor grill were nice and easy to use. Lucas promptly responded to all of our communications and we would definitely recommend this property.

The host is very responsive and accommodating. It is definitely a home away from home as the host put everything so thoughtfully in the house. Everything you could ask for in a house is there. We would definitely love to come back again and also would recommend the house to the friends.

This property was outstanding. It looks just like the photos and yet it still exceeded expectations. It was a beautiful spot, off the main road, so very quiet, surrounded by the beautiful Berkshire hills. It was spotless, uncluttered, with every amenity. It was wonderfully well provisioned, with a great, well appointed kitchen. Comfy beds, good linens, plenty of fluffy towels. There were a number of thoughtful touches, including a welcome bottle of wine, which was very kind. Lucas was always responsive to questions. I really can’t say enough good things. I would return in a heartbeat.

Lucas’s place was perfectly located right next to Catamount Mountain, making it an ideal home base for skiing and outdoor adventures. The house was very clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for a relaxing family getaway. We all had the most wonderful time and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend to anyone looking to ski, hike, or simply enjoy quality family time in a beautiful area.

Responses to a small concern, inoperable drip coffee maker, response seemed to be AI driven. With suggestions like “have you tried plugging it in”. “Does the outlet have power?”….its broke. The Kurig worked fine. Other then this the place was very well supplied, clean, great location, and priced right.

Super close to the mountain and well maintained house. It’s nicely designed and had everything you would want or expect. The team was also very responsive to everything we needed. Renters should know the driveway is steep and can get icy so a car with 4wd or chains would be advisable. However the host plowed and sanded for us to make it easy enough for our awd vehicle.

We had a great stay! The house has a lovely floor plan with plenty of space for a group. The kitchen is spacious and very well equipped, which made cooking and hanging out super easy. The location is excellent, and the hostess was friendly and very responsive throughout.
One small thing to note - while the house has four bedrooms, there is no en-suite bathroom, which wasn’t very clear in the listing. Not a dealbreaker at all, but something to be aware of if that’s important to you.
Overall, we had a wonderful time and would absolutely recommend this home!

The photos are accurate, however it was more spacious and cozy in person. There were multiple spaces for my family to relax and spend time together. It was clean and well-stocked. I loved that the kitchen had everything we needed to make meals together. The view from the living room and back deck was insane! There are beautiful, tall trees with mountains in the distance. Something I didn't expect was that every bedroom had a large closet with hangers and spaces to organize my clothing. It even had a laundry hamper! I usually have to live out of a suitcase during airbnb stays and it was so lovely to be able to have a closet to move into. I appreciated that my small dog was welcomed in the space. She had the time of her life playing fetch in the backyard and relaxing on the deck. Our host was super responsive and the space had thoughtful touches that made us feel welcome and at home.

Wonderful experience from booking to checkout. Lucas was incredibly responsive, informative, and friendly. The home was more beautiful than the photos could do it justice, and the views of Catamount Ski Area, during the day and night, made it hard to move from the cozy nook perfectly situated by the corner windows. My family and I loved every minute of our stay, and the only negative thing about the trip is that it wasn’t long enough. Next time; we’ll stay for longer! Thank you!

What a beautiful home in a beautiful setting! Our family of 5 (plus our dog) had such an enjoyable stay. The home looks exactly like the photos. It was extremely clean and comfortable -- cozy and airy all at the same time. We made very good use of the deck, grill, and fire pit. The kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated all of the options that the coffee/tea bar had. We also appreciated the comfortable beds as well as the amenities provided in the bathrooms.
The house is on a very private lot, yet accessible to the main road. It only took about 10 minutes to drive to Great Barrington, which is a fun place to shop, walk around and eat (lots of restaurant/cafe choices -- we enjoyed GB Eats, Siam Square, Barrington Brewery, and bear butter).
A must see is Bash Bish Falls (park on the NY side for a longer, more gradual hike to the falls) and the Harlem Valley Rail Trail, which is an absolute gem -- a beautiful, paved trail for walking, running, and cycling.

We love the Berkshires and keep returning often. The place was one of the best homes in the Berkshires that we’ve been to. Spacious, bright green views with loads of privacy and lovely birdsong ( acres of green right by the house). It’s a great house for large or extended families. We loved hanging out on the deck and being so close to adventures , breweries and Great Barrington. There was more than ample towels, bedding and little details to make our trip comfortable- a home away from home . Our hosts were very responsive and helpful and we would love to be back.

Lucas’s house is truly a little gem, with loads of good vibes all around. A great location, close to so many great parts of the Berkshires. Perfectly spotless, so easy to use and find everything. So light and bright during the day, with good darkening blinds in the windows to allow for late sleepers. A well stocked kitchen with everything you might need to make meals, with a full coffee/tea bar. The massive fireplace is the center of the home, making the whole place feel fully cozy. Beds and pillows are mega comfortable. Fluffy clean towels too! The only thing we wish was better was the water pressure in the showers, they are both very low pressure. Also, house is a bit smaller than we expected, but it was so beautifully laid out and so comfortable, size didn’t really matter. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely come back.

This was our second stay at this property, the first time that we enjoyed what winter has to offer in the region. Lucas is a great Host and goes out of his way to communicate details in a timely manner. The house is gorgeous - beautiful views, thoughtfully decorated and cozy. The fireplace is stunning and was a beautiful way to end a day out in the cold. Would highly recommend this property in the summer and winter months. We look forward to testing out Spring and Fall hopefully soon!

This is our second year in a row staying at this wonderful home. We had our kids and grandkids and dogs all together and the 3 minute drive to Catamount was a plus. There are great restaurants, breweries within 10 minutes.
