All in all, this place worked decently well for us, but the photos are taken in such a way that obscures the true shoddiness of the place, which was a bit disappointing. What’s more, the management company that apparently operates the airbnb called and attempted to cajole me into allowing a plumber in at 8am the next morning. A coat of paint and some caulk would go a long way towards giving this place a finer fit and finish, which is what you would expect from the photos.

Everything was wonderful. Charming house in a great location. We had a relaxing few days and were able to bring our elderly dog with us. We will definitely return to Lucas’s place if in the area.

Our family ski trip was made even better knowing we had a spotless and comfortable place to come home to. Lucas’ home was spacious and well appointed. Every detail was thought of for a restful and relaxing trip.

Our family of five loved our stay here. The house was very clean, comfortable, and spacious. The property is on the side of a mountain with spectacular views. The hosts were super easy to communicate with and we'd definitely book here again!

The place is beautiful, the views are amazing, and the firepit in the back near the woods was a perfect setting. My only criticisms would be that there were some bugs in the kitchen and one of the bathrooms but not because it was not clean (the place was immaculate) but likely due to the forest around the house. Also, the low water pressure made for slow showers, but hot water was plentiful.
That being said, we'd stay again.

We loved this charming house. The house is well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay with multiple rooms for spreading out. The exterior makes you feel like you are in the woods with views of nature from each room. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it highly. There is only one full bath and the tub is high. Could be difficult to navigate for those with limited mobility.

We had a wonderful stay and defiantly would rent again. We live in Pittsfield, and needed a place to stay while a renovation was happening at our home. We worked remotely, and there was ample space to spread out and work. It is located in a great area of town, and is within driving distance to anything you would need. It is located in a wooded area with a cul-de-sac at the end of the road. Perfect for walking the dog without a lot of traffic. It was a bit buggy, however, that is to be expected in the Berkshire in height of summer. The home is fenced in so I was able to go outside with my dog without a leash. It was clean when we arrived. We made dinner every night while we were there. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, and appliances are very modern. The view from the deck was very nice, especially in the evening with a glass of wine. Communication was great with quick responses. This home would be great to stay in during the summer or winter. Thank you for everything.

This house was perfect for many reasons. The space was clean and comfortable. The location was central to Lenox, Williamstown and Stockbridge and all they have to offer outdoors and culturally. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen. Lucas and Drew were very prompt with communications and instructions. We would definitely return to this house.
