A great house in a perfect location — we stayed…
A great house in a perfect location — we stayed with three generations for a show at Tanglewood on a very busy week in the Berkshires. There is lots of room to stretch out, I think more than the pictures show, which makes it a perfect home for visiting with many people. Good outdoor furniture for the porch and back yard would be a terrific upgrade to make the place even better. Loved swimming the lake at the lovely Lenox Town Beach, just a few minutes away. Thank you for everything!

Clean and comfortable with a well-stocked kitchen. Convenient to downtown Lenox. Enjoyed the lake access, although the trail is narrow and has poison ivy so be careful. The lake itself is gorgeous, great for kayaking. Good communication with one exception: I asked specifically if the place had kayaks we could use (since the listing said yes) and was told that, no, there weren’t any. So I brought two of my own and then discovered there WERE kayaks available.

Two families (4 adults, 3 kids) stayed for 2 nights in December. Lots of space, very convenient. Kitchen is spacious and well-stocked, we cooked a lot. Water pressure in the shower was perfect! Conveniently located only a short drive from downtown Lenox.

Place was very nice
Clean, loved they had so so many towels. Most Airbnb you need to use 1 all week but they had a lot and washer &dryer if you needed.
We had a problem the first night with heat but they were very responsive and fixed next day.

This was such a great Airbnb! Perfect for a group of friends or a family. It’s centrally located in the Berkshires which made it easy to explore neighboring towns. The Airbnb is located on a quiet street which you get to via an idyllic windy country road.
The host was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to messages. The house is bright and spacious. It was very clean and cozy. Bonus points for the wood burning fire place. Extra bonus points for the great water pressure in the bathrooms!
10/10 recommend for any season/time of year. My friends and I look forward to returning in the summer to take advantage of the lake!

An excellent house, close to town. We had a 7 and 5 year old, along w/5 adults, and the space worked perfectly for our group. Lucas proactively communicates often and is very timely with responses to questions. He is willing to accommodate early check-in, but it does come w/a cost.

Lucas’s place was perfect for my group. Very clean, Very quiet. We attended a concert at Tanglewood. Only a 10min drive away. Highly recommended. 👍🏼👍🏼
The house has good interior space, nicely equipped kitchen, clean….
The house has good interior space, nicely equipped kitchen, clean. However, the access to the lake was very disappointing: described as a “rustic path”,it felt like an afterthought. Basically a roughly cut 2 ft wide path, overgrown in places, ending at the lake . The dock pictured in the photos is private and not accessible. Swimming was awkward, especially for young children: no place to sit on the shore or put down a towel ( lots of biting red ants!) no easy place to fish from the shore . The house had a permit for the Lenox beach that was expired. When we requested a new permit, Lucas quickly got one for us .We left our kayaks at the end of the path in the bushes..but again, biting ants. It would be great if more effort was put into widening and making the path more user friendly similar to the other private paths. I should have questioned the lake “access” upfront.
Garbage/ recycle bins were 1/2 full on arrival. Need a house manual with clear instructions . Overall good location

Our stay with 3 generations of family was overall very good with quick response from the hosts. The home was close to many wonderful markets, shops, museums, hiking, and lakes. There was plenty of space for the 10 of us. Our only challenge was that the listing stated there was private lake access when in reality, it was a very narrow path across the street that led to beautiful Laurel Lake. Once at the shoreline, there was no space to fish, swim or kayak due to no frontage. In spite of that, we had a relaxing and fun vacation.

A beautiful Berkshires house. My family and I appreciated the cleanliness and a clutter-free space. Nice sheets and towels which is not always the case with a rental. Use of the kayaks and the fact that the lake is right across the street was great. Lucas was a pleasure to deal with.
