Long Beach Suites is just steps away from Long Beach in Rockport and only ten minutes to Good Harbor.

Stayed here for work reasons
Stayed here for work reasons, appreciated how well lit the back of building was when leaving/arriving home when dark outside. Very close to ocean, husband was able to take quick walk during his breaks. Lucas was able to accommodate my early arrival, and minor issue with bedroom blind not closing (room faced street so would have been uncomfortable for me to sleep “exposed’ ) was resolved timely. Lucas always communicated with me regarding any of my questions timely. there is a sandwhich and icecream shop a walkable distance (closed for winter) and a Shaw’s grocery store quick 5min drive. Definately would recommend this place any time of year.

I have stayed here numerous times and love it
I have stayed here numerous times and love it. The only issue is when you are downstairs and if there are little kids upstairs, parents seem to not care that there are people below and they let them run. Other than that the place is nice

Stayed here for work reasons, appreciated how well lit the back of building was when leaving/arriving home when dark outside. This apartment worked out perfect for my husband, myself and two kids. The check in process was super easy, instructions very clear. The furnishings were beautiful and clean. Loved having a deck to relax on and a whole kitchen to cook in. Location was superb- one minute walk to the beach. Highly recommend.

The location of this suite was fantastic and exceeded my expectations! It was walking distance to the beach and it was a nice quiet location. The facilities seemed brand new, very clean and comfortable. There was a full kitchen and washer and dryer. I loved it and can’t wait to come back.

Was a wonderful stay with Lucas as the host. They even allowed us to have a late checkout since my fiancé is early and her pregnancy and doesn’t feel good in the mornings which helped tremendously would definitely recommend this stay and definitely would book again.

Did not receive our check in email or text which caused a problem when we arrived. Would prefer having staff on the property to answer questions.
Great location and short walk to beautiful beach

Was unaware that breakfast was available and received no breakfast
Negative:
Soap was watered down and was not effective for washing hands and body wash was empty. No wine glasses and some drinking glasses were chipped. Would like to have had access to beach chairs and umbrella to take to the beach. I called to inquire about getting chairs and umbrella and was told staff would check but heard nothing back. Bedroom size small and no area to put luggage
It was a quick put our heads on the pillow after a long day at sea and dinner after. Unit was spotless and easy to find.

The space was clean and modern. Very easy entry with keypad, not needing to keep track of keys all weekend was a plus. The place had pretty much everything we needed, plenty of dishes and towels plus an iron/ironing board and blow dryer. The shower didn’t get hot, but it wasn’t cold either so it was manageable (it’s possible it’s because we stayed there in the off season.)
The location is gorgeous. Would be a nice place to stay in the summer season to really take advantage of the beach but even in November it was scenic and comfortable.
The host was helpful and responsive. Overall it was a great experience and we would definitely stay here again!

Pleasant clean space in lovely area. Feels more like a hotel suite than a private family’s beloved space. We were very aware of guests in adjoining units. Limited guidance on matters such as how to control heat, handling of trash and recycling, etc. Household and kitchen supplies are sparse. Come prepared. To be fair our stay was at the end of the season.

We had a wonderful stay here! Lucas was very accommodating and a great communicator. The unit was so clean and comfortable, and the proximity to the beach was awesome…less than a block away to beautiful Long Beach! It was in a quiet neighborhood, also within walking distance to a delicious ice cream shop. If we revisit the area we would stay here again without a doubt!

Fantastic location. There are multiple beautiful beaches within walking distance as well as many more a few minutes drive away. Downtown Gloucester is only a 5 minute drive as well. The place is private and peaceful. I spent 3 months there while starting a job and looking for a place and I felt at home and comfortable the whole time.

What a fabulous place! Less than a 2 minute walk to Long Beach, one of the nicest beaches in Gloucester, and the apartment was pristine! Newly constructed, clean and spacious! Parking was great as well. If this place is available, book it soon! All the locals were so happy to see Long Beach Suites finally open that they all kept asking us how it was! Great job turning a ratty spot into a lovely new addition to the are! We will be back for sure!

Great 5 day stay. I had to work remote for the first 2 days. Day 1 wifi was great day 2 it was wonky for a few hours. Spoke to Lucas and he mentioned he will see what can be done. Luckily it got back up and rolling again for the others half for my work day. Really wish I didn’t need to work because my husband, little son and dog had a blast!! Location great, food please great, I also cooked a few times so the kitchen was a blessing! Nothing negative to mention. Looks better in person! Beach just down the block. What more can you ask for!

I loved this condo. Everything was brand new and so clean. Spacious, bright and not cluttered. The location was great, just a short short walk to the beach. Easy parking and a nice patio area were added bonuses. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone and I’d love to go back.

Really lovely Suites, everything you need for a comfortable stay is available in the suite, and Long Beach is just a minute or two walk away. The property has very clean and beautiful grounds, and is dog friendly. We loved our stay and hope to return.
