Very peaceful, clean, easy in, easy out, comfortable abnb. Plenty of space (we only used one floor for two adults, but plenty of options). We were visiting family so were in and out a lot, mainly sleeping and cleaning up there.

Wonderful Airbnb! I would highly recommend it. The space is charming and comfortable and the area is lovely. Things were clean, and Lucas was very communicative. The only thing to note for future guests is if you want to use the firepit then you need to confirm with the host and bring your own firewood. Finding firewood was a bit of a challenge but mostly because we didn't know the area that well and didn't bring enough.

We loved our stay at this property! Very close to butternut and was beautiful and clean. Able to sleep a lot of people and great for a big group! It was complete with a great record player and board games for our group, as well as stocked with dishware and silverware, a coffee machine, dishwasher, towels, a working FIREPIT (wow!) and other things we needed for a ski trip. Thanks so much for the stay Lucas! Only note is to beware of getting cars up to the driveway if it snows, but we did not have too much trouble.

We've been visiting the Great Barrington area for many years. I have relatives in the neighborhood and we either stayed in Great Barrington at the Fairfield Inn and Suites or with the relatives. It was a new experience to stay in an Airbnb and it was wonderful. We enjoyed the privacy and ability to come and go as we pleased and liked that we could relax at the end of the day without having to bother anyone else. Beautiful home in a beautiful setting. We hope to come back soon. We appreciated the owner's prompt correspondence and flexibility. Our plans for visiting western Massachusetts were kind of fluid and we needed the flexibility.
Again, we are so grateful and so impressed with the host and the home.

This house was amazing. The location in the beautiful Berkshires was beautiful and private. The house was spacious, well furnished, and clean. Great equipment and amenities. The WiFi and TV worked well for the area. Convenient to Great Barrington (10-15 minutes), Tanglewood and Lenox (30 minutes) with lots of good restaurants in the area. Highly recommend.

The house sits at a good amount of distance from a very quiet road and is surrounded by massive well kept lawn, offering lots of space to enjoy the outdoors in a very private and peaceful environment. This is our second stay at this property, It is absolutely gorgeous! The home is clean and comfortable and in the perfect non traffic area. Not far from Great Barrington at all for supplies or even Lee. Lucas is a great host and we have also stayed at a different property that is managed by him. This is our second stay in this lovely home and once again we were very pleased with all that it has to offer! The home is so comfortable, clean, spacious, warm and inviting. The kitchen is well stocked for preparing meals. Our family (which includes 8 adults, 4 children and a dog) had so much fun! During our stay we were treated to the most beautiful snowfall which EVERYONE enjoyed playing in! The yard has some perfect sledding hills , just be sure to bring your sleds if snow is in the forecast! There is a wonderful fire pit outside (along with a generous supply of firewood) where we gathered around during the snowfall to warm up and roast marshmallows. We feel the location is perfect, it's private, beautiful, close to surrounding towns and very peaceful! Lucas is a very good communicator should you have any questions or concerns. We are grateful to the owners of this well loved home for sharing it and allowing us the pleasure of making some very special "family time" memories!

This place was awesome for a ski weekend at Butternut. My three brothers and I, all in our 30's and 40's, loved the house, which was really fantastic for just hanging out in the evening after skiing. Great vibe, great space, great times. Don't hesitate to book immediately, you won't regret it. The upstairs loft is so cool! Highly recommend.

The location is perfect… close enough to everything but isolated enough for the deer to visit ( if your lucky). If you love to cook as we do, the kitchen is well equipped. We discovered shopping at Guidos for the freshest of foods and very friendly service! If you wish to experience a wonderful dining experience out try Once Upon A Table in Stockbridge, it’s a small intimate restaurant with delicious food and very friendly service! The Market Place and GB Eats are also great food stops. So many wonderful directions to go in from this perfect spot in the Berkshires! If we are lucky enough to return again some day we would love to stay longer!

Perfect for a family planning a trip to the Berkshires as it is close to many great things to do but also just right for a couple or someone traveling solo. The wi-fi connection worked instantaneously *always a plus for work and staying in touch. The comfortable seating throughout gives you an opportunity to just relax and take in the peaceful Berkshires. And Lucas was extremely helpful and accommodating. Worth the stay.

This place was really wonderful. While there is only one bedroom, and one (very large) full bath, it was very comfortable for a family of one grandfather, one couple, and one older sibling. There is an additional half bath on the second floor where there are three very comfortable beds, which was very convenient.
We had lots of room to stretch out and relax. The house is extremely clean, comfortably furnished, and very tastefully decorated. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed, and we were able to cook dinner and enjoy it at the large dining table. The enormous yard accommodated fun with the dogs, a fire pit at night.
The location is wonderful set into the woods in New Marlborough. Very quiet. About 15 to 20 minutes to almost everywhere and many hiking spots closer. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wanted to stay longer.

The house was spotless, tastefully decorated with some fun and eclectic elements thrown in. Quite spacious although it feels very cozy.
On a quiet road, private, with a nice sized back yard. Great Barrington is nearby, with many choices of places to eat and shop. Hiking, skiing, biking, as well as venues for music, art and theatre are all close.
Everything we needed for our stay was there - cooking supplies, toiletries, washer and dryer etc. The jacuzzi bathtub was spectacular!
Lucas our host was very responsive and helpful, yet by no means intrusive. Definitely deserves his Super Host status!
We will absolutely be back!

This spot is an Airbnb gem! Great location, awesome setup with loft sleeping options for our family getaway. Well stocked, super close to Butternut and Great Barrington but far enough away that it felt like a true getaway. We saw deer in the yard, the kids got to run around in the snow, and the kitchen and laundry were well-stocked for everything we needed. Little details like having a few pantry staples (oil, coffee filters), lots of extra blankets, shampoo/conditioner, and dishwasher/laundry soap went a long way to help us feel right at home. The hosts gave us our space but super responsive and nice. Can’t wait to come back!

The location was amazing , about 15 minutes to get to down town Great Barrington, so close enough to amenities, but also felt secluded enough on the large lot of land and small road. The house was very spacious and clean and master bedroom and bath was perfect. We had a two adults , an infant and a dog and enjoyed having a lot of extra space for the family to roam around . A huge plus to have the yard space for our pup to run around and enjoy the snow . Lucas and Drew responded to any messages very quickly and we had all the information we needed on the house well before checkin. Hands down one of our favorite rentals ever on Airbnb and we will for sure be visiting again!

Peaceful surrounding woods, you can just see one neighboring house through the trees. So grateful for the pet friendly listing! We were disappointed the firepit and chairs were not set up, as that was a big draw for us. Fyi the loft upstairs is huge! With a nice seating area and TV. It is open however (no door), so you'll hear everything from the living space below. Fairly well equipped (byo coffee, toiletries, condiments, etc). Thanks for the great stay.

Our stay at Lucas's home was wonderful! The house is close enough to Great Barrington and Stockbridge that a quick trip into town is easy. Everything was incredibly clean when we arrived. It was especially nice to have some items already stocked (soap, kitchen items, etc.). The black-out shades in the bedroom was a nice addition. The outdoors is beautiful - a very quiet plot of land with plenty of grass for our toddler and dog to run surrounded by beautiful trees. It was such a nice long weekend!

Truly a Berkshires gem. My wife and I visit the Berkshires every Fall for our anniversary and have finally found our perfect spot. Hidden away yet so close to anything and everything that you may want to do, hike, fish, shop or just relax.
The property had everything we needed and was extremely clean. The porch is perfect for morning coffee and evening wine. The owners were extremely quick to respond with any questions. Highly recommend!

We would be hard-pressed to find a single criticism of this absolutely lovely space and its very attentive host, Lucas. Everything about the house is as described— it’s a beautiful house, with a small but perfectly functional and exceptionally well stocked kitchen, an open and inviting living area, a giant loft which would be fun for a huge group, and a bathroom with a soaking tub larger than some Manhattan apartments! The yard is massive – – probably 3 acres – – and utterly private, and yet, the location is convenient to the towns of great Barrington, Lenox, Stockbridge, as well as to numerous gorgeous hikes/state parks, ski resort and more for folks who enjoy nature as much as we do. Lucas is the perfect host—Attentive but never intrusive. We have stayed in a dozen or more Airbnb’s, and this absolutely immaculate house is hands-down the best value we have ever received. Truly could not be happier. We will visit again, along with our two pups, who enjoyed the experience as much as we did!

This home is very well appointed and very well described in the online listing. We wanted for nothing in the kitchen, at the grill, linens/towels wise. The beds are incredibly comfortable, parking was super easy and the shower is nothing short of magical. We loved looking at all the art and eclectic decor around the home and we enjoyed a couple of great meals around the large dining table. This was really a wonderful place to stay, a short drive from lots of great breweries and museums in the area - we took advantage of the Normal Rockwell Museum, Big Elm Brewery and Great Falls Brewery. The fire pit was lovely to sit around in the early evening and the information and check-out detail was very well communicated. Will enjoy the opportunity to stay here again and explore more of the area.
