Perfect spot for our family weekend
Perfect spot for our family weekend. Five adults with room to spread out. Large kitchen, big bathrooms, living room was huge, easy access to many attractions in the area. Very quiet and peaceful.

This property is on an easier incline than others in the area, which makes it far more accessible — even in 8” to 12” inches of snow. Save for some inclement weather, we had everything we needed to feel right at home for the holidays! The property owner is kind, flexible, and responsive, which gave us that much more sense of ease.

We had a wonderful family reunion, and the house was perfect for it
We had a wonderful family reunion, and the house was perfect for it! We made lots of big meals in the incredible kitchen, enjoyed eating together in the dining area, hung out on the deck, loved lounging in the living room, delighted in walking our dog in the neighborhood and watching the stars from the very quiet and beautiful yard.
Lucas was extremely quick to respond to my questions.
I highly recommend this place for a family gathering or big group of friends.

Great place for my family and I. Booked this place for us while coaching at camp Greylock and it was perfect. Near everything in Becket and central to other nearby attractions and stores. The house was very spacious and the kitchen/dining area was spectacular. The host was quick to respond and was very accommodating. I will definitely look to book again next summer!

the best stocked Airbnb kitchen I've ever been too if you like to cook. the house is huge but it's only really 2 bedrooms so it's kind of a funny set up as it feels like it can handle bigger group. the cots are really just for emergencies...they are really thin.
nice outdoor seating but I wish it would also have dinning room table outside.. the whole house was pieceful and quiet. definitely private with occasional car driving by

This house is super clean and we loved that! Floors, bathrooms, kitchen were all pristine.
We wished there was more usable outdoor space (there's no walkway to the front door which isn't great during rain) and there's no outdoor table for eating on the deck etc. Its also not the best if you have little ones, there's no way to cover light in the two upstairs sleeping spaces (the huge skylights are wonderful but its something to keep in mind if you have an early riser).

Interesting layout. Really liked the post and beam construction details and openness of the living room to the upper loft. Both restrooms uniquely have two entries, one from the closest bedroom and one from the main space/ corridor. Kitchen suited our needs well, and has a vast amount of counter space. We enjoyed our time here and found comfort throughout. Or two young children enjoyed their loft sleeping arrangement.

This is a very beautiful and private location in an AMAZING house. It is so spacious and luxurious feeling it feels like a mansion inside. Very comfortable and peaceful it is totally secluded and private. There is a lot of space and the ceilings are very high. Really an amazing, clean and fun AIRB and one of the very best places we have stayed! Everything was exactly as advertised. Lucas is also a great host and we are very thankful for such a great stay!!!

The house is exactly as described and a wonderful place to spend a week. And Lucas provided perfect 72 degree August weather for us! The kitchen is extremely well equipped. A point to note to help others is that (unlike most rentals) a full supply of shampoo & conditioner, body wash and liquid hand soap was available as well as dishwasher detergent, garbage bags etc. I had packed some of each since rental homes often just have a “starter supply” of those items. Wish I had
hadn’t! Also don’t miss the fact that there isn’t a washer & dryer - we packed accordingly and it wasn’t a problem. Only negative is the condition of the road, which is very rutted and you need to be careful. I know they’ve had an extremely rainy summer and I hope some repair work gets done before winter.

A few things we would have liked are: an anti-slip mat in the upstairs shower, another comfy chair in the living room, steak knives, and the downstairs nightlight bulb needs replacing. We were very comfortable and pleased with the fireplace supplies and how the kitchen was outfitted. We highly recommend this rental. If staying longer than a couple days, be mindful there is no washer/dryer. We loved having garage access. This made unloading and taking the dog out so much easier. We slso used the outdoor grill. Thank you. We would come back.

Made for a perfect Thanksgiving away from home. Close to many hiking spots and far enough from busy areas. I would go back anytime!

We enjoyed our stay- it was a getaway with our 3 adult kids. Very well-equipped kitchen- even had a rice cooker! We enjoyed dinner out on the deck in the evenings, one evening we had tickets to Tanglewood which is only 30 min away. Went hiking and exploring in nearby parks. It could use a few more chairs on the deck, and in the living room (there were 5 of us)- but everything was as advertised. Very quiet and private place.
