Lucas place was everything my family and I wanted. It was close to Jiminy Peak Mountain and we all had enough room. His house is stock with all the essentials and we will definitely be back. Loved Williamstown and the fine restaurants . Very easy to check in and out. I would definitely come to his house! Thank you Lucas.

Had a very nice family reunion at the house with multiple generations. I grew quite fond of the house’s quirkly layout. There is plenty of room to sit with a large group for meals and conversation, and lots of nooks and crannies in the house as well. The backyard has a gorgeous view of Mt Greylock, with Adiorondak chairs looking out over the valley. Plenty of plates/pots/pans for large group cooking, and 3 bathrooms were great. One of our guests has limited mobility – the bedroom on the first floor and grab bars were great for him to use. Lucas and the managing agent were responsive.

Lucas was such a great host. We stayed with Lucas with several adults and kids for two nights. Lucas was super helpful before and during the stay and very quick to respond to any questions. The house has a big yard to play and relax and there are several books and games for all age groups. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was clean. Definitely recommend this place.

The house was very spacious with a large kitchen along with well placed dining areas and enough bedrooms for our party of 12. The property is perfectly located in a serene area and just a 20-minute drive to Jiminy Peaks, which worked well for our ski trip. Reservation and check-in with Lucas was a breeze and came with great suggestions for local entertainment and dining options.

We had a large group for a ski trip, and this location was perfect! Very peaceful and close to a town where we could get gas and food. Lucas & Drew responded very quickly to my questions and checking in/out was super easy. Thank you for being such great hosts!

Lucas’s place was perfect for 12 of us. The house was spacious and clean. The kitchen was fully stocked. They left coffee for us which was a nice touch! There was no TV on the main floor which I think was made known on the listing. I didn’t realize that, the kids were a little disappointed about that but we made it work! The views and sunsets were amazing! I would definitely return if we have the opportunity!

We stayed here with an elderly relative. The first floor of the house has a bedroom and bathroom that are accessible. There are two steps from the front door intro the house, however, so I would not stay here with somebody who needs a wheelchair.
Great stay!
