Unfortunately it was the rainiest, foggiest, weather weekend at the cape this summer.
We were there for a wedding , so it was not a “complete” wash .
The house was spacious, and met the expectations.

I cannot say enough about how great this property was for our family. The house was huge, had tons of space for everyone and everything, and had plenty of parking. The property backed up to the woods and the dogs loved exploring a bit. The beach is a 10-minute walk and location is very close to shops, restaurants, etc. We highly recommend this property.

we very much enjoyed our stay in Harwich. very close to the beach, about a half mile easy walk which we did a few days. great for our group, lots of dining space for shared meals after a day exploring the town. many rooms to sit and relax, we very much enjoyed a quiet cup of coffee watching the wildlife from the three season porch.

We enjoyed our long weekend stay at this property! The house is very spacious (plenty of room for our 6 guests) while at the same time feeling warm and cozy. It is very close to great restaurants and stores, but also feels private and somewhat secluded as it’s set back from the street and has wooded areas surrounding it. It’s only a 10-15 minute walk from Red River beach which was very convenient. We would stay here again!

Cape house review
Plenty of space inside, clean and cozy. Communication was always prompt and polite but not usually helpful, You can tell the people managing the house are not familiar with the ins and outs of the house. AC stopped working. Also there is no out door space, no seating or tables. We made a makeshift patio area in the very long and private driveway with our beach chairs, it worked but not ideal. Location is grea! Easy access to shops, restaurants and beaches.
Easy walk to Red River beach
My family stayed a week. Everything we needed… kitchen was well appointed with plates and silverware and cookware. Sheets and towels were on the beds when we got there. We grilled one night on the gas barbecue. Trash was emptied regularly (not sure when but the cans were emptied a few times!). We used the laundry. Everything worked. Kids played a few board games that we found in the closet.
Best thing was being able to walk to Red River beach in the early mornings with my dog (dogs not allowed on beach Memorial Day to Labor Day). 7:30 am public yoga available on the beach too. Tons of privacy at the house. Even though we brought our own, there were some beach chairs and sand toys available in the garage.
Wonderful house in the woods!
This house was perfect--it is located in a residential neighborhood, only .5 miles from the beach, and on a wooded lot with lots of shade and privacy. My dogs and I loved walking around the neighborhood, and the house had everything my friends and I needed to have a wonderful week at the Cape!
Great Harwichport stay!
Lucas made sure that the house was well-stocked. The house was spacious, clean, and well-decorated. The house is about 1/2 mile from Red River beach. A wonderful stay for my family (including the grandparents!).
Peaceful location in Harwich Port
We had a wonderful time renting this cottage. It is surrounded by beautiful woods and landscaping so it is very private, but it’s also very close to the beach and other activities so it is convenient as well. The best of both worlds! Inside it was very clean and well appointed. We had everything we needed with plenty of space for 5 adults and two children to spread out. Overall a great experience and we look forward to returning.
Great Family Stay
We had a relatively short trip to Cape Cod (4 nights) and this house helped make it a very enjoyable stay! Space was great for 5 adults plus a dog. Location was excellent. Central to pretty much everything. Beds were comfortable and rest of the house had everything we needed! We would definitely recommend!

Fishing Trip
This was a tidy Cape house in Harwich. The entrance was a long driveway rimmed with large Rhododendrons off of a quite road which leads to the beach. All of the pics listed and the house were accurate and it was a great time in a great place!

Family Vacation
We truly enjoyed staying at this charming cottage tucked away on a wooded property. It offered a wonderful array of amenities, and the location was ideal, being conveniently close to both the beach and downtown!
Cape Cod vacation
We had a lovely time! The house is very nice. I would recommend having some extra blankets and a vacuum available to tidy up during the week. The mattress in the downstairs bedroom could be updated (a little lopsided and too firm). Thanks for a great stay!

We all enjoyed our stay. The only problem. The beds upstairs were to low to the floor. The older people had a hard time getting out of bed.

Very nice location. Easy walk to the beach. Just around the corner from the Nantucket Ferry. Nice sun porch with dining rooms on table. Location back from the road but plenty of parking space. We were 6 active over 70s. Beach chairs and umbrellas a plus. Beds a bit low to the floor.

Very private stay at a set-back location in beautiful Harwich. Rooms were very big and and beds were comfortable (but very low-to-the-ground, something to consider if you're traveling with older folks who might have trouble getting in and out)
Rating 4 stars because it was a little bare-bones... the house was basically out of hand soap when we got there, as well as trash bags, so we had to buy some of our own basic supplies that are normally provided. It also has some quirks like many different dining tables & chair sets, but only one-and-a-half couches. Just wish it was a little cozier with a more communal living room and gathering space.
Also, I asked in advance if they had beach chairs & beach supplies available at the house and was told no, but then there was an entire room of beach chairs at the home. Not the end of the world but we had very limited trunk space so it was slightly annoying.
Overall, we had a nice stay and the owner was very communicative.

Communication with Lucas was great. The indoor arrangements of this home are good for a large group given the setup of the bedrooms and space in the living area. We found the sunroom to be a bit musty given that it is carpeted and didn’t spend much time in there. Although the property is large there isn’t any actual outdoor patio or outdoor furniture which was a bit disappointing given the size of the area available. We had young children with us so the privacy was nice but the lack of sidewalks eliminated the walkable component to the beach or town for us. I’d recommend if you are looking for privacy and need bedroom space to accommodate 6 - if adults only you could walk to the beach and restaurants.

Beautiful sun lit and well maintained house in an unbeatable location that's close to everything one would want access to during a cape cod vacation .Bedrooms were so spacious with comfortable queen beds . It's a shame theres an extra charge for more than 6 guests ( even if that includes little kids ). The lot the house is in is so private and secluded that We loved the lot as much as we loved the house. Overall We had a pleasant stay except for couple of issues and would certainly consider it for future trips

Strongly recommend this beautiful home. Spacious rooms and the location was perfect. Fishing, amazing restaurants, visiting several beaches were just minutes away. Chatham Center 10-15 minutes. We walked one day and drove other days. Lucas and Drew answered all of my questions promptly before our trip. Even a simple question during our stay was answered immediately. The house was clean and put away. Cleanliness is especially important to me and my family so it was nice to be in a space where that wasn’t a concern.
