In addition to the large and very pretty screened in porch, there is a newly created area off the back that has pavers with a modern fire pit, a new Weber Genesis grill and four wood and wicker chairs – a great area to relax. Clean, updated and cozy all at once.

Lucas is a fabulous host and the place was beyond lovely! So tastefully decorated yet not cluttered, also in a way that was very kid friendly for our (very) little ones. Kitchen was spotless, had all amenities and all high quality and beautiful utensils.
It even generously included non perishable items such as sugar and coffee!
One can see the attention to detail that went into thinking of the kitchen.
The beds – amazingly comfortable, I rarely sleep well away from home yet this property was comfy and the vibe so relaxing! Nice Roku TV as well.
Overall we had a great time and surely this property made our Thanksgiving break extra special.

Lucas’ home is close to a variety of great restaurants and cafes in town. The home was warm and welcoming, exactly as described. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you may need. Plenty of linens, blankets and towels were provided and the yard and screened in porch were great plus! Lucas was a very nice and responsive host. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in the Berkshires.

We were there for the Orleton carriage driving show just a few miles up the road. Perfect location for us. The house was wonderful for four ladies to share, and come back after a long day and either make our meal or shower to go out. Love, love love the screened in porch. Breakfast early in the morning couldn’t have been more relaxing to start our day. And in the evening, we even got to play some cards out there. Felt very safe and secure there also.

We had a lovely stay! The cottage was beautifully decorated, well appointed, and centrally located. The kitchen was well stocked, which made preparing food and prepping for our picnics at Naumkeag and Tanglewood quite simple. The master bedroom had a very comfy bed and shower was luxurious and spa-like with nice linens. The screened in porch was our fave for early morning coffee and conversation and the firepit setup was awesome. The location was perfect— super close to Stockbridge and just a few minutes from lots of other cute towns and nice attractions. Lucas was quick to respond to any and all questions, friendly, and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here.

This was the perfect place for our family gathering of five. The flow of this house provides some privacy with the master bedroom/bathroom at one end and the other two bedrooms and bath at the other end. Several areas to gather but our favorite was the screened-in porch where we ate all our meals. Stockbridge is charming and we were close to Tanglewood for a concert. We hope to be back! Lucas was great to work with.

The place was beautiful and well maintained. Extremely clean. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed making breakfast and just hanging out. The backyard was beautiful. I would not say that it was cheap, but it was worth paying for a beautiful place to stay. We look forward to coming back.

This Stockbridge home is a great location for Tanglewood in the summer and Butternut in the winter. Set near the Stockbridge/Great Barrington border, you can get the best of both towns. It’s also not far from Lee and Lenox if you wanted to hop over to either place.
The house is brand new, tastefully furnished, and set in a very cute residential neighborhood. It worked great for us!

It was a perfect spot for our group of longtime friends to get together and talk, with all the comforts of home
Positive:
High-end everything, sunny, two great outside seating areas, including a fire pit. Everything was well thought out like someone had lived there. The pantry was well stocked. Sparkling clean with great mattresses and lots of pillows.
