We stayed here for a few days of skiing at Butternut, and this place was perfect! Very spacious rooms, everything was so clean, the hot tub was lovely, and the gas fireplace made the home so cozy. We loved exploring Lennox (tried Haven, Frankies, and the Patisserie – all amazing!) and so many great restaurants in Great Barrington and Lee too. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to make meals at home as well. We would love to come back, and will definitely check out Lucas’ other properties!!

We stayed at the Stonebridge Cabin this past weekend just before the snow storm hit Sunday. I rented it for my 60th birthday celebration with the girls. The accommodations were perfect. There was a bed for everyone and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and we wanted for nothing. I had contacted Lucas prior to our visit for some recommendations on what to do and where to eat. He followed up quickly with great suggestions.
My friends and I would definitely stay here again. Couples would be fun!

We stayed here for a few days of skiing at Butternut, and this place was perfect! Very spacious rooms, everything was so clean, the hot tub was lovely, and the gas fireplace made the home so cozy. We had a wonderful weekend in Lee celebrating Thanksgiving and Christmas with our friends! the house was well stocked with everything we needed to cook. We had 2 toddlers with us and there were lots of toys and plenty of space for them to play. Our group loved the house and would definitely like to go back!

My friends and I had the most lovely stay at the Stonebridge Cabin. Hosts were super accommodating. Not only was the cabin beautiful and cozy, it was well equipped with games for the kids, dog bowls for the puppies and a stocked kitchen. Dining & living room were able to fit us (6 adults, 2 babies and 2 dogs) very comfortably so we could all be together around the fire, eating and playing games. We even got engaged in the yard during our stay! Would love to return one day.

Lucas’s cabin is great for friend or family gatherings with children. Home away from home. Warm, cozy, very clean and tidy, all rooms and common areas are pretty spacious. Tons of cooking utensils if you plan to spend more time indoors during colder weather. Indoor gas chimney easy to handle, towels and linen are supplied. Great, quiet outdoor setting surrounded by Nature. Not far from the road, allows for outdoor play. You do need a car to drive around Lee, Lennox, great Barrington and smaller towns in the Berkshires- great opportunities for hiking, farms, botanical garden, great historic museums and local small walk arounds. Premium Lee shopping outlet is a 4 minute drive away (we definitely hadn’t planned for it but took advantage). Guido’s Fresh marketplace is perfect for any cooking experience a bit further away than the Big Y (the latter being 5 drive away). Lucas’s is very responsive, I’d definitely stay here again next time we’re in the area!

This is a great Airbnb in every way. Super cute, with a hot tub, gas powered wood stove, and in a gorgeous location in the woods but close to many great little towns in the Berkshires. It was spotlessly clean and very well stocked. Also managed very professionally. Thanks Lucas!

We enjoyed a lovely October weekend at this house with friends. The fireplace was very cozy at night when the weather got colder, it heated up the entire space! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We made use of the hot tub outside, which was clean and ready to go when we arrived. Lucas was clear with all instructions ahead of our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

A perfect cozy cabin that looks rustic, but has all the conveniences one would desire such as AC in every room, good black out shades, and fun amenities. We have children who very much enjoyed the space downstairs (with bedroom, games, and cozy sofa near a big tv), while the adults hung out upstairs. Everything was in working order. We really enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor fire pit. We would be glad to return!

We were a little disappointed with how dangerously icy the driveway, hottub and porch area was. It made the grill unusable and hottub unusable to some with mobility concerns. We reached out upon check in for ice or a shovel but communications went silent after they told us to check the garage and there was no luck.
It didn't feel right considering they were overly communicative the day before about asking us if we wanted to check in a night early for $200. We declined but said if possible we love to check in early before 4pm. They said we could for $200. LOL. They did text us around 2PM day of saying the house is ready, but at that point we live 2 plus hours away so it was no use.

This place is a gem. We are a group of friends with kids 5-12 years old staying over new years. We skied, hot tubbed, and had a beautiful fire in the fire pit outside. We lounged by the gas fireplace in the living room and cooked in the lovely kitchen and the kids played with many of the kid games available in the den. This cabin was one of the most positive ARBNB experiences we have had. The cabin was very well appointed with everything you need to move in and start enjoying the area. The grill and hot tub were prepped for our arrival and the kitchen was outstanding, well stocked with every detail. The heat/ac system was individually controlled which made everyone happy and comfortable. The gas “wood” stove in the great room was lovely for warming up after skiing. There were many thoughtful touches in this house such as towels for the hot tub and slippers in the mud room which made our experience even more memorable. We would definitely go back!!

This home is in a beautiful area. It is well appointed and has a nice layout. We used three of the four bedrooms which were very comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to prepare our early Thanksgiving meal. We had difficulty getting the gas fireplace to work and contacted Lucas a couple of times and were able to fire it up but only for 10 minutes before the pilot light went out. Other than that our stay was great!

This Airbnb was my absolute favorite of anywhere we’ve stayed (even edging out a great condo in San Sebastián)! Lucas’s house was exceptional, even better than the photos. It was really spacious and comfy, with excellent climate control. It was spotless. But the thing that really put it over the top for me was the obvious thought that went into making the space comfortable for guests. The hosts thought of everything, even putting out a food/water bowl for pets! The downstairs space is amazing. There’s a comfortable tv watching area for the family, but next to it is the best layout I’ve seen for kids. There’s a generous play space complete with a kid-sized table and chair set, a bookcase full of toys and games, and a separate bedroom that is perfect for kids. Our 5 year old granddaughter loved “her” space! I could go on and on. The bottom line is, I would happily come back again next year with friends, and that’s something I’ve never thought about with other Airbnbs. Highly recommend!

Great location. Close to everything but feels like you are in the country. Tanglewood, Lenox, Stockbridge & Great Barrington are an easy 15-20 minute drive. Large grocery store is 5 minutes away.
The hosts provided everything we needed-basic spices, olive oil, coffee, sugar, laundry supplies - the usual basics and more.
It was an unusually hot and rainy week. The entire house has mini-split a/c units throughout which are quiet and work well.
Great kitchen and LR area. Perfect for two couples. Two queen BRs on the main floor and a large bathroom. I used one BR as my dressing room. The upper level has a queen bed and adjacent bathroom so each couple could have their own area. Each BR has a dresser and large closet with hangers.
Great washer/dryer.
There is a humidity issue in the lower level which has the only TV. I notified Lucas and he responded immediately and sent someone to provide a short term solution.
We are looking for a 2025 summer rental and would stay here again.

Had a wonderful girl's weekend at Stonebridge Cabin! The house is beautiful and clean and had everything we needed from towels for the hot tub to a full kitchen. The house is only 5 minutes from the Lee Outlets. We enjoyed a day of shopping and could then return to this comfortable home, get the fireplace going and make dinner. The communication with the rental agency was also top notch. Highly recommend!

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at this airbnb! There were wonderful amenities, and ample space in the house for the 4 of us. The living areas were very clean and well-maintained. We also enjoyed the hot tub. The furniture and bedding were all very comfortable as well! The instructions left around the house were also a thoughtful touch. I think the only complaint I had was that the basement carpet had a few dog urine stains. The smell was quite strong but luckily we are all dog owners and weren't super bothered by it!

It is a really nice place. It feels rustic and updated at the same time. It's well located to hiking and towns - this was late fall but it looks like it is really close to skiing. Kitchen was well stocked - there was even coffee and tea there to use which I thought was really nice. Towels were soft and beds were comfortable. Loved having the hot tub close to the door.
Only 4 stars because we had a couple of hiccups. The gas fireplace didn't turn on and the heat in the basement only sometimes worked. But because of when it would go out - there was nothing they could do about getting it fixed while we were there. That being said, the rest of the house was toasty with remotes in every room.

we’ve rented to date. Extremely well done (the window sills!)! It had a fully stocked kitchen with containers to use for hikes and to take leftover food home. Extremely thoughtful! Close to great hikes, including the AT. There were even professionally printed brochures explaining the heating/cooling units and gas stove in the living area. Hot tub was clean and the downstairs TV area was cozy. Would def rent again!

The stylish and nicely furnished home has high ceilings and an inviting living room with a comfortable wraparound leather couch next to a great gas-light fireplace. The house was very clean with a well-equipped kitchen, modern bathrooms, comfortable beds and fresh linens. Lucas was very responsive and accommodating. Overall, a great place that we'd be happy to return to someday.

This beautiful cabin in the woods was the perfect spot for a relaxing weekend getaway with friends. Everything was even better than expected and our party of 8 adults was very comfortable. We really appreciated all the extra small touches the host put into the home, and communication was great from start to finish. The cabin is in a wonderful secluded location and a short drive from lots of the best Berkshires spots. We definitely hope to stay again in the future!

My friends and I had a WONDERFUL weekend stay. Easily one of the best airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in — really a rare and delightful intersection of attentive communications, quality design, comfort and coziness that exceeded the pictures, and attention to the small yet important details to operate the home, find everything you need (it was so fully stocked!), and just simply be with your companions. Couldn’t have asked for a more enjoyable weekend.

Issues : Stove, bbq and fireplace didn’t work due to gas being off. This was a disappointing . We were unable to enjoy those amenities. Host unable to fix in time we were there, but compensated two meals with receipts for stove issue.
Other Things to note:
-Tv is located in the basement which isn’t as nice as the rest of the home, but it was fine.
-Pet fee is per dog at $100 which is a little pricey. We had two dogs and host kindly waived one.

We really enjoyed our stay at the house overall, it was very tastefully decorated, and the rooms and space were so cozy and nice. The location is ideal as it is centrally located to many popular spots in the Berkshires but is situated in a private neighborhood that is very quiet and private.
The host was helpful and typically responded promptly, we had a few appliance issues that he attempted to resolve while we were there but the local maintenance team didn't follow through before we checked out (were only there for 3 days).
Overall it is a great place and location, the jacuzzi is also an excellent perk on a chilly evening. We would definitely stay there again.

Terrific home away from home! Our family (4 adults, and 3 teens) thoroughly enjoyed the home's decor, amenities, and location. The home is thoughtfully designed from top to bottom. Each living area set the mood for fun or relaxation and accommodated our group comfortably. Lucas was a gracious host who communicated promptly and answered any and all questions we had during our stay. Looking forward to coming back in the winter season.

We had a very enjoyable stay in this cabin. It's very nice and was exactly as the posted pictures. A well stocked and clean house. The hot tub was delightful at the end of the day. This was a fantastic home for 2 families with young children to use while exploring the Berkshires. The house had everything we needed to feel comfortable. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and cooking tools, a big table to accommodate our group, and we loved getting to use the grill. The bedrooms were great, and even our kids slept in! The games and kids’ toys in the basement supplied by the house kept our kids entertained so the adults could relax too! Excellent location, close to Tanglewood and a perfect jumping off point to go to the surrounding towns.

Really beautiful house -- extremely clean and well supplied with a nice deck off the kitchen. Decor is super stylish. The house is set back from the street and surrounded by woods. Very quiet and peaceful location away from main roads, and close to Tanglewood, Jacob's Pillow, Stockbridge, and multiple hikes. The host was easy to get in touch with. Terrific place.
